SMO 254 alloy description-
SMO 254 alloy is the high alloy austenitic stainless steel that is developed for use at the seawater and other aggressive atmosphere that is chloride bearing. The steel is featured by few good properties like very good crevice corrosion and pitting resistance. Also, it is having general corrosion resistant, stress corrosion cracking resistance ability. This alloy is also having good weldability and his having high strength than the conventional austenitic SS.
The manufacturing process of the valves-

Test certifications-
The test certifications provided to the buyers are like MTC as per EN 10204/3.1B, third-party inspection report, 100% radiography test report, buyers report and raw material certificate.
Packaging-
The packaging of SMO 254 instrumentation ball valves is done in carton boxes, plywood cases, and polypropylene sheets with some sort of support. This assures complete safety of the product when shipped to the buyers.
