About 304 grades:
Alloy 304 grade is an austenitic grade that is severely deep drawn under the latest machinery. This result 304 grade is being the dominant grade used in the applications in adverse environments. Stainless steel has excellent resistance to corrosion in a wide variety of corrosive environments even in intermitting environments. This grade has excellent resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion in the environments having high levels of chlorides.
Stainless Steel 304 Condensate Pots have the ability to resist stress corrosion cracking at temperature up to 60 deg C. Moreover, these pots have resistance to oxidation in the fluctuating temperatures up to 870 deg C. However, this grade is not recommended for use in the higher temperatures.
Installation- These can be installed either horizontal or vertical lines between the flow meter and transmitter gauge that acts as a barrier to the line fluid permitting direct sensing of the flow conditions. Essential units should be mounted at the same level reducing possible error, may occur because of an unequal head of fluid connecting pressure lines.

In order to protect contamination, we use plastic rolling.
