Stainless Steel 304L Condensate Pots are formed from one of the series of stainless steel alloy 304L grade that is an austenitic stainless steel alloy. These are also known as 18/8 stainless steel condensate pots due to its composition. However, it includes 18% of chromium content whereas 8% of nickel content combined with low carbon content. These alloys of pots exhibit superior resistance to corrosion and oxidation in a hostile environment. The low carbon content in these pots reduces venomous or harmful carbide precipitation as a result of welding. These alloys of pots are highly used in corrosive environments such as chemical containers and in salt water. Moreover, these condensate pots offer superior strength and ductility. Furthermore, these often show good resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion that occurs in an environment containing chlorides. Meanwhile it features resistance to stress corrosion cracking above 60 degrees C.
The fabrication of these condensate pots is done with the standard tools. Therefore these alloys of pots are hot and cold worked. The hot worked is done after uniform heating up to 1149 -1260 degree C and are quickly cooled to optimize the highest corrosion resistance. while on the other hand these pots are readily hardened through the cold working process, therefore, these cold working may require an intermediate annealing condition in order to alleviate working hardening and avoid cracking and tearing. In addition to these pots achieved superior weldability through the standard welding methods.
We thoroughly inspect and audit each and every product from the receipt of raw material to its final production under the control of our quality auditors to check out the quality of the product. These tests are like hardness test, chemical analysis, mechanical test, pitting resistance test, PMI test, hydrostatic test, tensile strength test. Packing of product At last, the product is ready for the delivery, before its delivery, these are properly packed in wooden cartons, wooden boxes, wooden cases, wooden pallets and in wooden crates that assures prevention from any type of severe harm during shipping.
