Grade details:
It is titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel that
offers higher general corrosion resistance. Alloy 321 has a
higher resistance to intergranular corrosion attacks in the
exposure to temperatures ranging between 800 deg F to 1500 deg
F in the chromium carbide precipitation range. This grade also
opposes oxidation while offering higher creep and stress
rupture properties than the standard grade. It has good
low-temperature toughness properties.
Alloy 321H has a higher carbon amount. These are developed for improved creep resistance and also have higher strength at temperatures above 537 deg C. In most cases, this grade enables dual certifications. This grade cannot be hardened by heat treatment however; the cold working operation is performed. These pipes and tubes are weldable and processed by standard machines.
Stainless Steel 321 / 321H Pipes and Tubes can be used in most diluted and higher concentric organic acids at moderate temperatures such as pure phosphoric acid. Furthermore, it can perform in the lower temperatures. This grade has higher temperature stability. With the addition of the metal treatment process it achieves elevated mechanical properties.

The destructive testing includes crushing test, compression test, leakage test, buckling test, mechanical test, hardness test, tensile tests, and more.
We use standard packing material for packaging of pipes and tubes further ensuring the damage free shipping. These are packed in wooden crates, cartons, plywood pallets and cases with end cap support. Additionally, it is rolled in the form of bundles in the thin film of plastic that protect any type of contamination.
