Heat resistance ability of the grade
It has a higher resistance to oxidation the fluctuating temperatures up to 870 deg C. this offer continuous service in temperature up to 925 deg C. these can be used at 425 deg C to 860 deg C and not recommended for above temperatures. For instance, the lower carbon version is required to avoid carbide precipitation. It is used where higher temperatures are required at above 500 deg C. this grade retain aqueous corrosion resistance. The fabrication of this grade is done with the tools dedicated to its material. The tooling and machining materials should be perfectly cleaned to prevent cross contamination. It has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide variety of environments when exposed to the corrosive media. This offers resistance pitting and crevice corrosion in environments that contain chlorides. It has great stress corrosion cracking resistance at temperatures over 60 deg C. This grade cannot be treated by the heat treatment process. The solution annealing treatment and annealing process are performed by rapid cooling after heating in temperature between 1010 deg C to 1120 deg C. these valves are manufactured by various hot and cold working process. The hot working process is performed to achieve higher strength and ductility. It has great workability in terms of reducing environments.

The quality control department is independent of the fabrication shop. We carried out different types of test in compliance with quality norms of quality assurance system. In order to strengthen the hands of quality personnel, we have equipped our laboratory and shop floor having the necessary testing machines. Here, different tests are carried out such as valve seat leakage test, backseat test, ultrasonic test, closure test, shell leakage test, pneumatic test, hydrostatic test, and cryogenic testing. Other tests are pitting corrosion test, low-temperature testing, radiographic test, transfer valve test, drill stem test, traveling valve test, intergranular corrosion test, and more.

We provide different documentation reports as quality proof of products. Those reports are Commercial invoice, mill test report, heat treatment charts, quality assurance plan, specification guide, fumigation certificates, and national board approval lab (NBAL) test report. Other reports are MTC report, raw material test report, stamping details, and more.
