Alloy 310/ 310S is from the family of austenitic stainless steel grade that is developed for the application in higher temperatures. It is highly corrosive resistance. It performs well in the oxidation under mild cyclic environments. It has the combinations of higher chromium and nickel content, due to this it turns highly resistive to sulfidation. These instrumentation valves are used under slightly cementing, oxidizing and thermal applications.
This grade is heat treated in the temperature between 1202 deg F to 1742 deg F. this grade are exposed to the sigma phase precipitation. It is processed for solution annealing process that acquires a higher degree of toughness. These are weldable with all traditional methods. Mainly it is developed for the wet corrosion service.

The tests are functional tests (relief test, transfer valve test), pitting corrosion test, closure test, radiographic test, backseat test, hydrostatic test, traveling valve test, and cryogenic testing.
Other tests are valve seat leakage test, shell leakage test, pneumatic test, low temperature testing, drill stem test, intergranular corrosion test, ultrasonic test, and more.
Documentations/ credentials/ MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2:
national board approval lab test report, product invoice, heat treatment charts, stamping details, specification guide, mill test report, fumigation certificates, quality assurance plan, etc.
Packaging details:
We are providing these instrumentation ball valves in the standard casing of wooden crates, cartons, and pallets in order to ensure damage free shipping. Additionally, it is covered with a thin film of plastic that prevents contamination while exporting.
