Stainless Steel 316Ti Instrumentation Ball Valves are stabilized with titanium alloy. It is composed of molybdenum that is bearing austenitic stainless steel grade. These instrumentation ball valves offer excellent resistance in the local and general corrosive environments. These offer great service in pitting and crevice corrosive environments even in mild environments. These ball valves have higher creep, stress to rupture and elevated tensile strength in the elevated temperatures. This alloy has a tendency to oppose grain boundary precipitation or sensitization. Alloy 316Ti forms grain boundary chromium carbides at the temperature range between 425 deg C to 815 deg C.
Additionally, its structure has the ability to withstand in chromium carbide precipitation range. It is stabilized against fluctuating heating temperatures. These can be exposed to the same temperatures for a long period of time.
It is a single phase alloy with an austenitic structure. Due to the addition of titanium grade this alloy is not heat treated, it is processed in annealed conditions. Moreover, its mechanical attributes are gained by the cold working operations also attain magnetic permeability.

So as to deliver high quality products to customers we maintain and regulate the stringent quality norms across the industry. We ensure that the finest quality measures are applied to manufactured products. in order to do that we perform different tests those are Leakage test, compression test, buckling test, mechanical test, hardness test, macro test, positive material test, chemical test, and destructive test. Other special tests are IGC test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, micro test, pitting corrosion test, etc.
To ensure the quality of each material we are providing documentation reports to the customers. These include product invoice, packaging information, material tests certificates, specification guide, welding guide, fumigation certificates, and NABL test report. Other reports are QAP, mill test reports, stamping details, hardness details, third party attested certificates and more.
We are using the standard packaging methods for packaging of these instrumentation ball valves. These are packed in the wooden cases, cartons, pallets, and cartons also it is packed in the customized packing as per the suitability of customers. In order to protect from moisture and contamination, this plywood casing is covered with a thin film of plastic.
