The product properties to know-
Alloy 316H is the high carbon modification of the 316 alloys that is developed to be used at the elevated temperature services. The alloy is having very good strength at the elevated temperature and is used for the structural and pressure vessel applications at the temperature ranging more than 932 Deg F. The high carbon content of this alloy is also delivering high tensile strength and yielding strength than other alloys. The austenitic structure is providing very good toughness down to the cryogenic temperatures.
The resistance to corrosion ability of this alloy is superior and is used at the processing stream that contains halides or chlorides. The alloy is resisting atmospheric conditions and oxidizing and reducing atmosphere. Also, the alloy resists corrosion at polluted marine conditions. The alloy is non-magnetic in nature in annealed conditions but it cannot be hardened through the heat treatment. However, the material will be hardened because of cold working. It can be welded and processed by the technique named standard shop fabrication.

Other more mechanical test, chemical test, pitting resistance test, IGC test, tensile strength test and PMI test.
Documenting of the product-
The documents of the product are done at the time of delivering the ordered consignment. Few important documents offered to the buyers are inclusive of commercial invoice, fumigation certification, raw material test report, material traceability report, packaging list, commercial invoice, lab test report, guarantee letter, etc. Also TC like MTC as per En 10204/3.1B, radiography test report, third-party test report, buyers report is offered to the buyers.
