Alloy information-
Austenitic stainless steel alloy 310 SS is developed for use in the high-temperature corrosion resistant applications. The alloy used to resists oxidation to 1100 Deg C at the mildly cyclic conditions. Due to high the content of chromium and moderate nickel content, alloy 310 resist sulfidation and it can be used at the averagely carburizing atmosphere. Alloy 310 is used at slightly oxidizing, thermal cycling, nitriding, cementing applications. This alloy has found usage at the cryogenic applications with the low permeability and toughness down to -268 Deg C. 310S is low carbon alloy version and is used for the fabrication ease.

Testing of the material-
At the manufacturing unit, the testing by the team of the expert is conducted effectively in order to check the quality of the product. The tests performed are like positive material identification test, intergranular corrosion test, mechanical test, chemical test, pitting resistance test and hardness test.

Documenting of the product-
The documents are offered to the buyers like fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, packaging list, heat treatment chart, quality assurance plan, raw material test report; material traceability report, guarantee letter, and NABL approved lab test report. Also, the test certificate offered to the buyers are like 100% radiography test report, mill test certificate as per EN 10204/3.1B, third-party inspection report and buyers report.

Packaging-
We as a supplier of the SS 310 / 310S Needle & gauge valves are using standard packaging for packing of the product. It is essential for assuring the no severe damages are caused to the product when shipped to the buyers. The packaging is therefore done in wooden cases and carton boxes.
